Reception at the Hotel - Cinco De Mayo themed
There will be a White Elephant gift exchange if you would like to participate. The limit is $10.
May 5th
10am - Old Mill in Little Rock for Pictures
11am - Lunch at the Clinton Library
Paint Party (must pay to participate) at the hotel following lunch
(All Proceeds from the Paint Party go to President Bryant's Project)
You are responsible for any monies owed during any event
Information regarding the Trip to Murfreesboro:
We are leaving the hotel at 8am.
YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM AND SEND TO LINDA EVANS!!
Crater of Diamonds State Park

Admission: $15 per person whether you are digging or not
Items to Mine with:
Digging Tools (trowel, shovel)
Plastic Bucket (After Easter sales)
Cheap Gloves
Sifter (you can find a cheap one in the kids sand toys section)
Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty
WEAR BOOTS!!! The dirt is gummy and sticks to your shoes
Bring a change of clothes
Bring a trash bag to put your muddy clothes and boots in
You can bring a lawn chair and a SMALL ice chest with a couple bottles of water
NO ALCOHOL in the coolers you take to the site
You must bring your own or they can be rented from the park. It is best to go to
Dollar General or the Dollar Tree and get cheap things to mine with.
There is a gift shop that sells refreshments and things
